Your authorized tenant representative has been given login credentials for the Electronic Tenant Service Request System where service and information requests can be tracked from inception to completion.

1. Submit routine maintenance requests;
2. Track the status of previously submitted requests;
3. Communicate with the Management Office regarding your requests
