If the temperature in your office needs adjustment, please do not attempt to make adjustments yourself. Please enter a Work Order Request via the Tenant Center and your ticket will be referred immediately to our Engineering staff.
The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday.
Special arrangements should be made in advance for any HVAC outside of those hours. Please note that applicable charges will be incurred for after-hour requests. A web-based system for programming all after-hours HVAC needs is available to tenants. Authorized personnel with ID and password are able to activate HVAC orders via the following link.
